How much notice do you need for catering?

We need at least 72 hours for any event, and more for weddings and large gatherings. Enquire as early as you can, since dates book out.

What is the minimum number of guests?

Earth & Sun's Cuisine caters events of 15 guests and up. For smaller gatherings, call us and we will see what we can arrange.

What areas do you deliver to?

We cater across Delaware and parts of Pennsylvania, including Aston, Bear, Chester, Claymont, Dover, Exton, Hockessin and Kennett Square. Travel fees and minimum spend vary by postcode.

Do you cook authentic Haitian food?

Yes. Griot, legim, diri djon djon, poul nan sos, soup joumou, bannann peze and akra are cooked the way they are cooked at home, not toned down. Our American menu runs alongside it, and most events mix the two.

How do I book and pay?

Send an enquiry with your date and guest count. We reply within one business day with an itemised quote. A 50% deposit confirms your date, and the balance is settled after the final guest count.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary needs?

Yes. Tell us about every allergy in your party when you enquire and we will plan the menu around it. Our kitchen handles peanuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten, soy, sesame and eggs, so we plan carefully. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.
