Ways we cater
Every event is quoted individually. These are the three shapes most bookings take.
Drop-off
Hot trays delivered, set out and left with you. Serving utensils and labels included. Best for office lunches and informal gatherings.
Buffet with setup
We arrive early, set the line with chafers and linens, and stay through service. Best for weddings, graduations and repasts.
Full service
Staffed service with plating, replenishment and clear-down. Quoted with staffing shown as a separate line.

No cart and no card at the start. We talk first, then quote, then hold your date.

Date, guest count, where it is and what you are thinking. Two minutes.

We reply in a day
One business day, with questions if we have them and a menu suggestion if we do not.

Approve the quote
Itemised, with service and travel shown separately. Nothing hidden at the end.

Deposit holds the date
Half up front. Final guest count a week before, balance settled after that.

Kent County, DE
Dover and surrounds. $75 travel, $800 minimum.
